PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the rotating direction of a rotor for restraining the amount of heat generated by fitting a shading coil to one end portion of a magnetic path of U-shape laminated iron core piece arranging so as to surround a T-shape laminated iron core piece in order to form a shading pole. ;SOLUTION: In this motor 70, an iron core piece 20 consisting of an engaging recessed portion 21, two pole teeth 22 and 23, almost U-shape magnetic path 24 and magnetic path end portions 25, 26 is cut from a silicon steel, the iron core pieces 20 of the predetermined number are laminated to form an almost U-shape laminated iron core piece 40 consisting of engaging recessed portion 41, pole teeth 42, 43, magnetic path 44 and magnetic paths 45 and 46. Next, a shading coil 47 is fitted to one magnetic path end portions 45 and 46, and an almost E-shape fixed iron core 50 is formed by engaging an almost T-shape laminated iron core piece and almost U-shaped laminated iron core piece 40. The artificial three poles of the completed almost E-shape fixed iron core 50 are provided facing opposite each other to arrange an N-S two-pole permanent magnet rotor 60 at substantially the center thereof. Thereby, the rotating direction of rotor can be regulated, and the amount of heat generated can be restrained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
