IN-CIRCUIT EMULATOR SYSTEM AND PROGRAM DEVELOPING METHOD USING THE IN-CIRCUIT EMULATOR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to generate a target program in which a test code is arranged every time verification is performed in an in-circuit emulator system. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an emulation memory part 6 for a ROM stored with the target program, a microcomputer part 11 which executes the program stored in the emulation memory part 6, an trigger condition decision part 7 which decides trigger conditions from the input signal or output signal of the microcomputer part 11, and a verification pattern holding part 10 which is triggered by the signal from the trigger condition decision part 7 to output a verification pattern to the microcomputer part 11. This constitution eliminates the need to generate the target program wherein a test code for outputting the trigger signal from the microcomputer part every time verification is performed is arranged.
