SOLUTION: In a rotary cylinder 14 of which upper part is fixed to a handle 10 to be rotatable around an axial line, and which is linked with an elevation mechanism to elevate a device main body, a tilt shaft 16 which is tilted around a support point on the lower end part side by tilting operation of the handle 10 is inserted, a release operation part 40 is provided inside the handle 10 to be relatively rotatable to the handle 10, a control unit to conduct various sorts of control such as dim control and shutter control is disposed on an outer side zone inside a horizontal jogging base 12 where a jogging operation mechanism including the rotary cylinder 14, the tilt shaft 16, etc., is disposed, and a cable 42 extended from the release operation part 40 is provided to be linked with the control unit through a pipe part 16a of the tilt shaft 16.
