PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily and rapidly executable a photoreceptor belt replacing work with safety by making the replacing device include a main cartridge and a removable cartridge which is freely attachably/detachably connected to the main cartridge and which is provided with a belt recovering means for rolling the photoreceptor belt from the traveling position, if necessary. ;SOLUTION: In this printer, the removable cartridge 200 is constituted so that a blade 250 may be fitted into a step system supporting rail 100 installed in the main cartridge 100. In the case of ejecting the main cartridge 100 again after loading the photoreceptor belt 10 at the traveling position in the printer, the removable cartridge 200 connected to the main cartridge in such a way is separated from the main cartridge 100 and loaded on a belt unit placed in the printer. And, the removable cartridge 200 is provided with the belt recovering means for winding the photoreceptor belt 10 from the traveling position, if necessary.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
