PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control damper of a low cost and having a sufficient performance, and a vibration control structure using such a damper. ;SOLUTION: On the roof of a construction 1, a vibration control device 3 with the constitution that a prescribed amount of mass body 5 such as the water is poured in a container 4 is set through supports 2, and dampers 6 are provided at the upper and the lower ends of the supports 2, and between the upper side vibration control device 3 and the upper surface of the lower side construction 1, respectively. The dampers 6 are made of a structure formed of a steel fiber reinforced superhigh strength mortar/concrete such as a compact reinforcement compound material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
