METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCT DESIGN SOLUTION SEARCH USING GENETIC ALGORITHM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a variety of semioptimum solutions by executing genetic algorithm with an independent island model having many kinds of evaluation index. ;SOLUTION: An individual/migration control part 11 applies evaluation indexes obtained by varying the weight coefficient of an evaluated value to respective divided small groups, performs processes by respective genetic algorithm execution blocks A1, A2..., and exchange solid bodies between genetic algorithm execution blocks which are close in the weight coefficient of the evaluated value when all the small groups become able to migrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
