PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a weight of a storage cassette lighter, to improve a rate of storage and to easily enable treatment by freely attachably and detachably providing a counter installed on a shop side and a scanning machine and a value medium charger installed on a management center side with a cassette for storing a value medium and providing a data recording part for recording data in the cassette. SOLUTION: With respect to a count unit 12 on a shop side 10 and a scanning machine 15 and a prepared money charger 16 on a management center side 14, a cash cassette 13 for storing proceeds is freely attachable and detachable and is provided with a data recording part for recording the data. Functions of counting the proceeds, storing them in the cash cassette 13, recording necessary data in the data recording part and the like are set to the count unit 12. The scanning machine 15 sets a function for taking out the proceeds from the cash cassette 13, counting them and reading them from the data recording part. The prepared money charger 16 sets functions for charging necessary prepared money in the cash cassette 13 and for recording the necessary data in the data recording part.
