PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing a game card system from a issueing an illegal card which can prevent illegal issue of a card such as one undergoing theft etc. on the way of card transportation from a delivery center of a card company to a game parlor. ;SOLUTION: Terminal controllers TC in game parlors 5, 6 receive sending information with issued valid period from a management center 4 in a card company 1 and store it in a sending information database TCa. After that, when a terminal controller TC received a card issue request from a card issuing machine 11, the terminal controller TC checks whether the game card requesting issue is within a valid period or not and informs the requesting card issuing machine 11 of an issue instruction if the result is yes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
