PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find hardware misconstitution at new installation and reinstallation for fault repair by incorporating hardware constitution definitions of an in-use system computer and making a check before operation. ;SOLUTION: One specific computer A gathers its actual hardware constitution information when started, and an in-use system constitution information storage part stores the in-use system constitution information 12. The other computer B gathers its actual hardware constitution information when started, and a constitution information comparing circuit 11 compares stored standby system constitution information 22 and in-use system constitution information 12 with each other.
