PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for forming a hot-runner injection by using a hot-runner metallic mold, by which the cutting-off surface of a runner gate in a formed product can be flattened. ;SOLUTION: Forming material is made to fill up into a cavity 10 through a hot-runner nozzle 2 and the gate 7. A separating member 17 in a gate separating mechanism opens the gate 7 by working an actuator 20 when the forming material is filled up and closes the gate 7 when the forming material in the inner part of the hot runner nozzle 2 is formed as molten or half-molten state after filling up the forming material to separate the formed product and the gate 7. At the separation time, the injection pressure at the hot runner nozzle 2 side is reduced to reversely make the back-flow of the formed material in the gate 7 into the hot runner nozzle 2 side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
