PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep quality stably by cleanly arranging a skin material terminal line without requiring a vacuum drawing machinery. ;SOLUTION: A mold is equipped with a core mold 3 and a cavity mold 5 and a clamp member 4 possible to advance and retreat with respect to the outer periphery of one area covered with a skin material 1 is provided at the core mold 3 and, in such a state that the skin material is interposed between the clamp member 4 and the core mold 3, the clamp body 4 retreats and the peripheral edge part 1a of the skin material 5 is drawn out to the outside of a cavity wall to hold the skin material 1 between the clamp member 4 and the core mold 3 to set the same. A projected part 52 is formed at the cavity mold 5 at the area opposed to the inner peripheral edge of the clamp member 4 in the outer periphery of one area covered with the skin material 1 and a pointed edge part 52a is provided at the leading end of the projected part 52.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
