PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure electrical connection between the electrodes of a mount part and a piezoelectric vibrator with high reliability and without increasing the cost nor deteriorating the impact resistance. ;SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive material 90 is used for a piezoelectric vibrator unit 1 to secure electrical and mechanical connection between a mount part 40 and an end part 61 of a piezoelectric vibrator 60. A 1st anisotropic conductive material 90A to which a small diameter conductive grain is mixed is used to secure connection between a tip part 611 of the part 61 of the vibrator 60 and the part 40. A 2nd anisotropic conductive material 90B to which a large diameter conductive grain is mixed is used to secure connection between the par 40 and an inside part 612 adjacent to the part 611.
