PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the constitution of a coil whose α (the square root of a ground capacitance C/a serial capacitance K) is different from that of a conventional coil at the time of adopting the constitution of a coil for improving initial potential distribution at the time of thunder surge impression by constituting this coil of two or more coils whose α is different.;SOLUTION: This semi-interposed coil 20 is obtained by combining an interposed coil 211 with a non-interposed coil 212. The α of the semi-interposed coil 20 is turned into almost the mean value of the α of the interposed coil and the α of the non-interposed coil, so that the number of kinds of the coils whose α is different can be increased.
