PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a special region in order to perform a genuineness judging recording, and ensure a sufficient area of a recording region for a person image and individual character information or the like by providing a visible image, and a genuineness judging image which is visible by an ultraviolet ray, and by which the genuineness of the visible image can be judged when compared with the visible image, on a card base material. SOLUTION: For an ID card 1, on a card base body 8 which is constituted by providing an image receiving layer 7 on a base material film 6, visible individual character information 13 and a visible person image 11 are provided, and they are covered with an ultraviolet ray shielding layer 5. Also, on the ultraviolet ray shielding layer 5, individual character information 12 for genuineness judgement and a person image 10 for genuineness judgement are provided in a manner to be superposed with the visible individual character information 13 and the visible person image 11 when seen from the top, and the individual character information 12 genuineness judgement and the person image 10 for genuineness judgement are covered with a protective layer 4. The individual character information 12 and the person image 10 for genuineness judgement are recorded using a color developer by which the same contents as the visible individual character information 13 and the visible person image 11 are visible under the irradiation with an ultraviolet ray.
