PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-position tire automatic molding machine and a tire molding method capable of shortening a molding cycle time to enhance productivity. ;SOLUTION: A two-position tire automatic molding machine is equipped with a molding machine main body part 1, a bead supply part 2 supplying a bead to the molding machine main body part 1, an inner liner/ply servicer and an intermediate molded product taking-out part 5. The molding machine main body part 1 is equipped with a pair of left and right bead setters 6, 6 one of which is provided so as to be movable left and right and the other one of which is provided in a fixed state, the former 9 connected to the movable bead setter 6 through a connection shaft 7, a pair of left and right bladders 8, 8 provided on both left and right sides of the former 9, a band drum 10 and a band transfer 11 and the bead supply part 2 is provided with a bead holding part 31 having a pair of arcuate chuck pawls 34, 34 for holding beads.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
