Next, the cross center of a first target 3 of both end surfaces of a unit tank 21 is adjusted on a straight line connecting the cross center of a second target 603 of both reference plates 6 to align the unit tank 21. This alignment is performed on respective units 21 toward the downstream side from the upstream side.
