PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine capable of perfectly inverting all cultivated soil and simultaneously blowing steam in the cultivated soil to disinfect the cultivated soil without polluting the soil. ;SOLUTION: The auxiliary plate for inverting all cultivated soil and for injecting steam into deep layer is attached behind a rotary tine shaft. The auxiliary plate for inverting all cultivated soil and injecting steam into deep layer can perfectly invert the all cultivated soil. The rotation-starting soil all is jumped up using auxiliary plate for inverting all cultivated soil and injecting a vapor into deep layer. Pests are instantaneously disinfected using the blown steam, and weed seeds and insect pests in soil become extinct due to remaining heat after the treatment.
