PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and highly efficiently assemble a plurality of low-voltage phase advancing capacitors and, at the same time to reduce the installed area of the capacitors, by locking the notched sections of a fixture by means of projecting sections on the side faces of the capacitors and three-dimensionally fixing a serial reactor on a frame, and then, connecting the capacitors and reactor to each other. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of low-voltage phase advancing capacitors 1 are arranged in a line on the floor surface of a key-shaped frame 3. A fixture 6 is fixed by bringing the lower surfaces of the notched sections of an L-shaped fixture 6 into contact with the upper surfaces of projecting sections on the side faces of the capacitors 1, and aligning the attaching holes of the fixture 6 with the side-face attaching holes of the frame 3. Then a serial reactor 2 is three-dimensionally erected on the frame 3 and fixed through upper attaching holes. The fixed capacitors 1 are connected in parallel with each other through a connecting conductor 5 and further connected to the reactor 2 through connecting conductors 5.
