PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and finely finish even by a person, who is not a skilled worker, by a method wherein a wall material equipped with a waterproof and plate-like foaming resin layer and a filmy non-foaming resin layer laminated onto the foaming resin layer is employed. ;SOLUTION: A foaming resin layer 10 is made of foaming resin having the thickness of about 0.5-1.5 mm. A non-foaming resin layer 20 is made of a film having self-adhesive 21. A wall material 1 is formed by pasting and laminating the non-foaming resin layer 20 through the adhesive 21 onto the foaming resin layer 10. The wall material 1 is cut off to a proper size, when necessary, and pasted onto an existing wall surface consisting of tiles 3 and joints 4 through the application of an adhesive 5. In this case, even there is the recessed parts such as the joints and the like, an easy and quick pasting can be pasted, since the wall material 1 has a somewhat rigidity. As a result, no air enters between an existing wall and the wall material and the fine finishing of a wall surface can be realized, even when the wall surface has unevenness and further even by a person, who is not a skilled worker.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
