PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the charge registration system for a pre-paid charge mobile telephone speech service that can register speech charges quickly and with a simple procedure.;SOLUTION: In this charge registration system for the pre-paid charge mobile telephone speech service, an exchange network 13 interconnects a pre-paid charge containing and a registering device 10 and a charge center device 14. The pre-paid charge containing and registering device 10 has a charge deposit port 100, to which a charge is deposited and connects with a mobile telephone set 11 by a connection cable 12. Then registration information read from the mobile telephone set and charge information denoting an amount of money deposited from the charge deposit port 100 are transmitted to the charge center device via the exchange network. The charge center device receives the registration information and the charge information of the mobile telephone set sent from the pre-paid charge containing and registering device 10 via the exchange network to discriminate the truth of the registration information.
