PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive toss-batting exercise machine with a simple- structured toss device for toss-batting self-training.;SOLUTION: This toss-batting exercise machine 1 has a ball send-out device and a toss device 8. The ball send-out device sends out balls (b) saved in the device one by one. The toss device 8 tosses a ball (b) held at the top of a toss arm 30 which is rotated with the repulsive force of a drive spring 38.
