COATING MATERIAL FOR PREVENTING CORROSION OF COPPER, PREVENTION OF CORROSION OF COPPER BY USING THE SAME, AND COPPER TUBE FOR FINNED TUBE-TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER, AND COPPER TUBE FOR WATER AND HOT-WATER SUPPLY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating material for preventing the corrosion of copper without changing a production process and an insulating material, and further to prevent the corrosion of a copper tube such as the copper tube for a finned tube-type heat exchanger, and the copper tube for water and hot-water supply by using the coating material for preventing the corrosion of the copper. ;SOLUTION: This coating material for preventing the corrosion of copper comprises a film-forming agent and an ion-exchanging material. The film- forming agent of one of the components for the coated membrane fills the role of the fixation of the ion-exchanging material on an oxide semiconductor surface. The ion-exchanging agent as another component of the coated membrane fills the role of the catch of a corrosive material (ion) attached to the surface of the coated membrane. The coated membrane 4 is formed by coating the coating material, for example, on a position such as a hairpin bent part 3 of the copper tube 2 in a finned tube-type heat exchanger.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
