PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a heat source machine by reading out the signal of each remote controller in a plurality of supply systems at each period of a timer built in the heat source machine itself and controlling the open time of a control valve in each supply system depending on the signal thereby preventing frequent start/stop of the heat source machine. ;SOLUTION: In supplying hot water or cold water to from a heat source machine to a radiator through each supply system based on a signal corresponding to the difference between a set temperature and a measured temperature from a remote controller corresponding to a plurality of hot water or cold water supply systems leading to the radiators at a plurality of air conditioning parts, control valve of each supply system is controlled as follows. Signals are read out from all remote controllers under operation at each period τ1 of a timer built in the control means itself of the heat source machine and the open time τ2 of the control valve of each supply system is controlled depending on the signal thus read out. Since the moments of time when the control valves of a plurality of supply systems are opened are arranged properly while overlapping the open valve time, the number of times of starting/stopping the heat source machine is decreased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
