TELEPHONE SET WITH MESSAGE DIVIDING AND EDITING FUNCTION AND METHOD FOR INPUTTING, EDITING, AND TRANSFERRING MESSAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit messages of slightly different contents to more than one person by combining and sending as one message one or more partial messages which are divided and stored in a memory. ;SOLUTION: Operation for requesting message input and editing is done through an operation part 2. When a function key and a number key '1' are pressed, a program for an input and editing flow is started. To request editing, a '*' key is pressed to move to a next process and the message contents of a number 1 in a message memory 5 are displayed. A user searches for a message to be edited over a look at the screen and selects the object message; once the number of the message to be edited is selected, a control circuit 1 displays a guidance picture for the editing place selection. The user selects a header part or footer part. For the editing, the editing position of a sentence is selected with arrow keys and inputted.
