PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter control type arc welding power source device capable of setting a welding current value to nearly 80 A using a domestic AC 100 V power source.;SOLUTION: A switching element 20, a driving circuit 22 of the switching element 20 and a diode 21 are provided for the power source device, an anode side of the diode 21 is connected to a terminal 3b of a DC reactor 3 and a cathode side of the same is connected to one side terminal 4a of a capacitor 4, respectively. Also, one side terminal of the switching element 20 is connected to the terminal 3b and the other side terminal of the same is connected to a minus side output terminal 2b of a rectifier circuit 2, and the switching element 20 is opened or closed with the driving circuit 22 at a frequency higher than a frequency of an AC power source 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
