PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for forming cemented carbide powder with which the service life of the die is extended through stable press-formation and a green compact having the same degree is obtd. even without using a die set for obtaining floating force and the improvement of the yield and the reduction of costs of the die and the die set can be attained and to provide a press forming method of the cemented carbide powder using this die. ;SOLUTION: In an upper and lower one stage system die set for compacting cemented carbide powder 2 filled in a cavity of a die 3 into a green compact providing at least one of deep counterbore hole formed between facing surfaces with a first punch 1 and a second punch 4 faced to the first punch, either one of the first punch 1 or the second punch 2 is provided with a first fixed punch 4 for forming one of the faced surfaces and a second fixed punch 5 projected in the compacting direction from the first fixed punch 4 and disposed at the center part of the compacting surface of the first fixed punch 4 so as to form the deep counterbore hole and the green compact having the angle in the opening part of the deep counterbore hole formed in the green compact can be press-formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
