PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation reducing device to reduce the occurrence of pitching of an extra-large floating body structure. SOLUTION: An oscillation reducing device for an extra-large floating structure comprises a plurality of a wave dissipation floating body (a wave dissipation bank) 11, a hinge type mooring device 7, and a mooring device 5. A plurality of the wave dissipation floating bodies 11 are arranged at intervals of a distance on the front end surface on the advance side of waves of the extra- large floating body structure 4, and pivotally mounted on the extra-large floating body structure by the hinge type mooring device 7 in a manner to parallel the entrance direction of waves. The extra-large floating body structure 4 is moored at the mooring device 5.
