PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antistatic ABS-based resin composition exhibiting permanent antistatic effect, slight in mucous matter development in its molding process, and useful for electronic members and the like by making the composition include an ABS-based resin, a specific polyether-ester, etc., in specified proportions. ;SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) 100 pts.wt. of an ABS-based resin, (B) 5-30 pts.wt. of a polyether-ester prepared by polycondensation between (i) a 6-20C dicarboxylic acid and/or its ester, (ii) a poly(alkylene oxide) glycol 200-50,000 in number-average molecular weight and (iii) a 2-10C glycol, and (C) 0.5-6 pts.wt. of a surfactant; wherein a compound of the formula (Ar is a 6-12C trivalent aromatic group; R1 and R2 are each H or the like; M+ is a metal ion or the like) is included at 3-50 mol% in the component i, the component ii is included at 40-90 wt.% in the component B, and the reduced viscosity (concentration at 1.2 g/dl) of the component B determined at 35°C in a mixed solvent of phenol/tetrachloroethane (weight ratio 60:40) is 1.0-5.0.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
