PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously judge the degree of a chattering vibration at the time of machining by analyzing a vibration of a workpiece during the designing process before machining. ;SOLUTION: A machining condition is inputted (S100), a condition of material, i.e., a workpiece is inputted (S200) and a material support condition at the time of machining is inputted (S300). A cutting load applied to the workpiece is calculated (S400) and an exiting angle vibration number based on a rotation of a tool is calculated (S500). A static distortion of the workpiece is calculated (S600), an inherent angle vibration number of the workpiece is calculated (S700) and a dynamic distortion of the workpiece is calculated (S800).
