PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing a winch to wind a hoisting wire from being in an irregularly wound condition when a surrounding net is elevated/lowered.;SOLUTION: A hoisting wire 3 with its rear-sagging side end part wound around a winch W is stretched over a hoisting block 2 on an upper part of a pole 1, a forward-sagging side end part 3a of the hoisting wire 3 is attached to a highest part 6a of a longitudinal net wire 6 of a surrounding net 4 and a highest transverse net wire 5 through a net attaching means A, and a ring guide wire 7 is stretched to a back side of the surrounding net 4 along the pole 1. An upper end part 9a of a longitudinal weight 9 is suspended from the net attaching means A on a face side, a lower end part 9b is connected to a net fixing means B provided at a middle part of the longitudinal net wire 6, a slide ring 8 passed through the ring guide wire 7 is passed through the longitudinal net wire 6 with its highest slide ring 8a directly or closely fixed to the net fixing means B, and with lower slide ring 8 to the longitudinal net wire 6 with intervals therebetween.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
