PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize inverse spread processing of received data at a receiver side at a low cost with low power consumption in a communication system adopting a spread spectrum system and to attain communication that takes security into account. ;SOLUTION: A data demodulation means at a receiver side is provided with a super- regenerative demodulation circuit 40 (consisting of a super-regenerative detection circuit 41 and a quenching oscillation control circuit 42), an ID pulse generating circuit 43 that provides an ID pulse as spread data specific to a radio communication equipment to the super-regenerative demodulation circuit 40, a low pass filter 44, and a data processing circuit 45 that processes a signal passing through the low pass filer 44 to provide an output of the processed signal as data after inverse spread processing. Then the super-regenerative demodulation circuit 40 applies inverse spread processing to the received data, and in the case of conducting this inverse spread processing, the ID pulse specific to the communication equipment is given to the super-regenerative demodulation circuit 40 so as to control the amplitude of quenching oscillation of the super-regenerative demodulation circuit 40 so as to output the inverse spread data reflecting the ID pulse specific to the communication equipment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
