PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business process matching analytic method and device for operating global package matching analysis for validly utilizing the business process of a global package as much as possible, and a recording medium for recording a business process matching analytic program. ;SOLUTION: An IRA diagram described by an IRA describing part 1 and a PPA diagram described by a PPA describing part 3 are retrieved and referred to from a data base 5 and a business process to be analyzed for realizing each task constituting an EMS diagram is compared with the business process of a global package so that whether or not they match can be verified by a simple matching analyzing part 9. When any matched business process is not present, the IRA diagram and PPA diagram of a similar business process are referred to by keyword retrieval so that whether or not they match can be verified, and another business process is substituted or plural business processes are connected so that the business processes can be compared and whether or not they are matched can be verified by a detail matching analyzing part 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
