PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-operated differential pressure holding damper which can securely hold fine inter-chamber differential pressure without damaging the effective use of space. ;SOLUTION: A self-operated differential pressure holding damper holds pressure difference between the space 13 of a lower pressure side and the space 12 of a high pressure side to be almost constant. A cylindrical member 1 having a center axis extending in a vertical direction in an installed state, a chamber part 4 for introducing air from the space of the high pressure side to the lower end part of the cylindrical member and a floating member 3 receiving ascending air flow formed in the cylindrical member and floating along the vertical direction in the cylindrical member are installed. Opening parts 2 facing the space of the lower pressure side are made on the side of the cylindrical member. The opening parts are made so that the area of the opening parts in an area lower than the floating member changes in accordance with the floating height position of the floating member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
