PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a learner to automatically and instinctively explain the order of translating collocated English words in the translation of the English by arranging the system, so that it basically functions to give priority to words from the left to the right for translating adjectives, but to give priority to words from the right to the left for translating prepositions. SOLUTION: It is defined as a fundamental function that a basic word function of each word is decided from the left to the right in order of translation. For this purpose, adjectives such as 'that', 'many' decide a translating function of words collocated from the left side to the right side as a form of a basic function. Prepositions such as 'on', 'in' have a basic function for translating words from the left rear part to the right side. Furthermore, for interpreting an English sentence collocating three or more words, the sentence is divided into three (a, b, c) parts with a front part and a rear, and a centering part from which an indefinite article is excluded, and first, the front part sentence (a) is translated, secondly, the rear part sentence (b) is translated, and finally, a verb 'has' is translated.
