PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rouge makeup simulation system for coating rouge on the cheek portion of a face image according to a selected type and displaying it only by selecting the makeup image type. SOLUTION: A rouge makeup simulation system is provided with a type selecting means for selecting a desired type from a plurality of makeup image types, a rouge coating area setting means S30 for setting an area for coating rogue in a face image according to the selected makeup image type, and rouge coating means S38 and S40 for coating rouge by stacking the color of rouge on the color of the face image of the area for rouge coating set by the rouge coating area setting means. Thus, only by selecting a desired type, rouge is coated on the cheek portion of the face image according to the selected makeup image type and displayed.
