The compression mechanical part is provided with a multi stage compression chamber 11 formed by coming in and out of a helical blade 8 into/from a helical groove 7 while a cylindrical cylinder 5 and a piston roller 6 arranged on an eccentric position of an inside of the cylindrical cylinder 5 are integratedly rotated.
