PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center of the building facility maintenance company which can minimize necessary data to be saved by deleting unnecessary data. ;SOLUTION: This center 1 is provided with a storage period data base 13 wherein the storage periods of respective pieces of data of a data base are set.
