PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of cracks in a bonding part by bonding both side surfaces of a groove having a V-shaped section provided on the back of an outer wall material by a moisture-hardening urethane base adhesive agent. ;SOLUTION: Two substantially linear grooves 12 V-shaped in section are provided in the back of a hard wood piece cement plate 11 by a cutter 15, a moisture-hardening urethane adhesive agent 13 is applied to both side surfaces of each groove 12 V-shaped in section, and the bottom of the groove 12 having a V-shaped section of the hard wood piece cement plate 11 is bent to be placed on a wood pattern 16. Secondly, the wood pattern 16 where the hard wood piece cement plate 11 is placed is passed through a high frequency heating device 18. Whereupon, the moisture-hardening urethan adhesive agent 12 is hardened. After that, the hard wood piece cement plate 11 is removed from the wood pattern 16 and a frame is fitted to create a corner outer wall material. As the moisture-hardening urethan adhesive 13 has elasticity, the corner outer wall material absorbs expanding and contracting force so as to prevent occurrence of cracks in a bonding part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
