PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a change in quality of a product by accurately grasping information of a speed of the product to be discharged as information of a flow of the material in an apparatus like an extrusion molding machine. SOLUTION: A metering unit 11 having a metering device 12 to a raw material hopper 10 for supplying a raw material toward an extrusion molding machine 1 is disposed in the hopper 10 to grasp it as information of a flow of the material. Information obtained by the device 12 is input to an input-output circuit 23 of a controller 20. Then, a drive motor 3, an infinitesimal amount supply unit 17, a product discharging unit 16 are respectively controlled to be driven based on manufacturing information set to an information setting circuit 21, and a discharging speed of the product is maintained constantly.
