PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify that a bag is snatched and to prevent the crime by make a receiver in the bag and a transmitter attached to the body operate under a specific condition. ;SOLUTION: An transmitter 1 is attached to the body, and a receiver 2, a control part main body 3, a voice output device 4, a speaker 5 and a DC battery 6 are stored in a bag. When the transmitter 1 is separated from the receiver ≥5 meters, such a message as, 'Robber. Robber. Call to 110 (the police)' is repeatedly emitted, and reset is made by bringing the transmitter 1 and the receiver 2 close to each other within 5 meters. When the bag is snatched to make the transmitter 1 separate from the receiver 2 by ≥5 meters, it is repeatedly emitted that 'Robber. Robber. Call to 110.' to notify to people around the robber so that the robbery can immediately be reported to the police, that the robber can be caught on the spot and that the robber can also be panicked psychologically too much by the emitted voice to commit a crime.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
