PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic receiver for gathered blood and gathered urine and an automatic receiving system therefor. SOLUTION: This receiver includes an identification information input means for inputting identification information by which an individual can be identified, an automatic label sticking means 3 for a gathered urine cup for printing a predetermined item on a label and sticking the printed label to a gathered urine cup, an order ticket issuing means 4 for issuing a blood gathering order ticket where at least a blood gathering identification information is printed, a display means 5 for displaying instruction information concerning blood gathering and/or urine gathering to a patient, and a control means for operating the automatic label sticking means 3 for the gathered urine cup to print a predetermined item on a label according to the individual information and stick the printed lavel to the gathered urine cup in the case where the patient needs urinalysis, operating the order ticket issuing means 4 to issue a blood gathering order ticket where at least blood gathering identification information is printed in the case where the patient needs blood gathering test, and determining the contents of the instruction information according to the individual information and displaying the instruction information on the display means, and the respective means are formed into one unit.
