SHOTCRETE OR THE LIKE AND ITS QUALITY CONTROL AND SHOTCRETE WORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve deformation characteristic after spraying, filling performance, reduce quality variations and stabilize the quality of shotcrete or the like by including in the shotcrete a cement pate whose characteristic of deformation caused by a specified amount of stress imposed after addition of an accelerator is maintained for a specified period of time after the accelerator is added. ;SOLUTION: This shotcrete paste, shotcrete mortar or shotcrete contains a cement paste whose deforming property is maintained for ≥10 seconds after the addition of an accelerator. The deforming property comprises the deforming property of the cement paste, when mixed with an accelerator and subjected to a stress of 0.5 kgf/cm2 (0.049 N/mm2). The accelerator used herein includes powdery or liquid accelerators which are defined in Japan Industrial Standards and increase the accelerating and adhering properties of concrete remarkably without inhibiting the hydration of the cement. When the shotcrete or the like is sprayed by a wet type method, the shotcrete or the like whose compression strengths and the like after cured are scarcely changed is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
