PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trouble in recovering a cover tape caused by an adhesive face formed on the cover tape or a spread adhesive. ;SOLUTION: Sending a tape 8 pulled out from a reel to a part taking-out section 10 with a tape transferring mechanism 14 and peeling off a cover tape 8b at the part taking-out section 10 enables a part 9 housed in a part housing section 8c of a tape body 8a to be chucked at a position of an opening 31. The tape cover 8b is taken off by a take-off mechanism, and a cover tape guide 35 folding the cover tape 8b in two with its adhesive face inside and pulled by the take-off mechanism is set up between the take-off mechanism and the part taking-out section 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
