PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a wet fermented feed utilizing garbage capable of effectively treating abundantly discharged garbage and effectively utilizing it for feed of domestic animals and to provide an equipment therefor. ;SOLUTION: This method for producing a wet fermented feed obtained by crushing garbage containing water and, as necessary making it slurry-like by supplying water thereto, and sterilizing the garbage, at a high temperature of ≥100°C, then performing an aerobic fermentation at ≤90°C. By this method, feed can be produced by using garbage containing water, especially the leavings as they are, passing them through the sterilization and fermentation processes, and further, the garbage can be treated effectively and, in addition, a feed having high nutritive value can be supplied into a pigsty, or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
