PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper operation schedule according to the state of an operator and to make it easy to generate an operation schedule for mobile type operation by presenting operation content information registered in an operation plan when the state of the operation meets operation start conditions shown in the operation plan. SOLUTION: An operation state monitor part monitors the operator's state such as the current position of the operator and the current time and generates an event to an operation execution management part when the operator's state matches operation plan information 1-7. An operation execution management part presents operation content information 1-5 registered in the operation plan information 1-7 when receiving an event showing that the state of the operator meets the operation start conditions shown in the operation plan information 1-7. Then an indication needed to carry on operation is outputted to the operator and the operation content information 1-5, etc., are updated through the operation of the operator; and information needed to carry on the operation is inputted and a history regarding the operation implementation is contained in operation history information.
