CORRUGATED TUBE INSTALLING JIG AND CORRUGATED TUBE INSTALLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and easily install a corrugated tube to a wire harness.;SOLUTION: A curvature 8 is inserted in a corrugated tube 2. A spatula part 5 is stretched and formed on one side part of the curvature 8, and inserted in a slit part 12 of the corrugated tube 2. While a bent type corrugated tube installing jig 1 wherein one side part (spatula part) 5 is long and the other side part 6 is short is inserted from an aperture in the axial direction of the tube 2, the one side part 5 is put in the slit part 12 of the tube 2. By pivoting the jig 1 in the direction of the one side part 5, the slit part 12 is opened large with the one side part 5. A wire harness 10 is inserted in the slit part 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
