PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain thermal distortion and reduce failures by installing a micro joint part between adjacent cutting curve end parts for cutting each cutting curve, cutting plural drawings inside a closed curve of a product appearance, and cutting the micro joint part for sequentially separating the plural number of products from a raw material. SOLUTION: In a first process, on the appropriate number of cutting curves L1-L4 of a closed curve of a product exterval shape, a micro joint part J for linking/supporting the product to a raw material W is installed between a cutting curve end and the adjacent cutting curve end. Cutting start points S1-S4 and cutting end points El-E4 are provided in an outside region of the closed curve to perform cutting. In a second process, a round hole 3 of a small diameter which is arranged inside the closed curve is cut. In this case, thermal distortion generated from a center to a radial direction is shielded by cutting grooves of the cutting curves L1-L4, and so it does not reach a region of the raw material W. In a third process, the plural (N) number of products are cut and separated from the raw material W by a cutting line C for cutting the micro joint part J. In a fourth process, the N-1 number of the residual products are manufactured.
