PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for the conversion of a hydrocarbon by the treatment in a distillation zone to be combined with a reaction zone and including the side-extraction of a hydrocarbon fraction. ;SOLUTION: A liquid effluent is extracted from a distillation zone 2 at one or more extraction levels. At least a part of the liquid effluent is at least partly treated in a gas-liquid side-separation zone (splitter) 20. The gaseous effluent discharged from the separation zone is at least partly introduced again into the distillation zone 2 and at least a part of the liquid effluent discharged from the separation zone is recovered as an intermediate fraction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
