PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating vibration damper or torsional elasticity and a vibration damping clutch prominent in the desirable connecting feasibility and a compact constitution in assembling into a drive system row in a case where there is a slight inclination to cause cavitation. ;SOLUTION: A radial spring element 4 inserted between an inside part 3 and an outside part 2 for transmitting a torque and liquid filled spaces 8, 9 connected to each other via a throttle gap 10 for braking are provided, the spring element 4 has one end fastened between an intermediate piece 5 in the outside part and has the other end threadly engaged with an axial groove 6 in the inside part, the spaces are separated from each other across the adjoining spring elements, one side separated by the spring element and the other by an additional radial separation part 7 across the throttle gap. The separation part is constituted of a leg projection 11 and a separation web 12, and a hole 14 for inserting the connecting screw is provided in the leg projection.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
