PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a body of rotation to be easily swung round by constituting the body of rotation so that large masses of the radial mass distribution in rotation or revolution are concentrated at the center of rotation or in a range in the vicinity thereof and small masses are evenly or unevenly dispersed in other parts. SOLUTION: The upper half of a grip 13 is made a right hand area R and the lower half the left hand area L and a rotation center C is set in between. A weight 14 is attached at a point within a range 4 cm from the rotation center C to form concentrated mass on the grip 13. The weight 14 made of a metal material with large specific gravity such as tungsten is housed in the outer shell and a fitting part equipped on the outer shell is fit into the shaft 12 to assemble. The weight 14 is constituted so that large mass of the radial mass distribution in rotation or revolution is concentrated on a part of the center of rotation or a range in the vicinity thereof and small mass is evenly or unevenly dispersed in other parts. Thus the body of rotation can be easily swung round in swing.
